Meet Archie!
This boy loves an adventure, play time and cuddles. Archie was found as a stray and taken to a local shelter. He dog tested well and was staying with 4 other dogs in a kennel when we got him. We are not sure how he will do with cats and may not be ideal for young children. Archie has a lot of energy, so may accidentally hurt young children; older children should be fine.
Archie is doing well in his foster home. He gets along with 2 other young dogs there, is learning crate training, leash training and is house trained. This boy is smart!
Adoption Fee: $150
A completed adoption application and home visit are required for approval to adopt a CARE dog. Applications are in Word doc and PDF formats, in most cases, this must be completed from a computer (not a phone).
Out of state adoptions possible. All dogs receive a distemper/parvovirus vaccine(s), kennel cough vaccine, rabies vaccine, dewormer, monthly heartworm prevention, flea & tick prevention and treatment if needed, microchip, and are spayed/neutered through CARE.
