Zeus has a wonderful personality... now he just needs a loving family to call his own. He'd probably enjoy the company of another piggie too! Zeus lives in foster care with several other piggies, though he is separated in his own cage. He is not neutered, we usually bond to same sex or adopt out individually if homes are willing and able to provide them proper attention. ;p

Background: Zeus is the daddy of Jasper (adopted). He, Emma (mom/adopted) were surrendered to a local shelter by a family who thought they were getting two male piggies from a local pet store. Well, Emma had a few babies - surprise! The family kept 2 babies and left these guys at the shelter.


All Guinea Pigs receive health exams through CARE prior to adoption. We feed high quality pellets, hay and assorted fruits and veggies. We primarily use Aspen bedding or shredded paper (helps reduce allergens for those of us who suffer from allergies). We do not typically neuter Guinea Pigs, per our Vet's advice. We will only neuter ones who come to us already bonded and are of opposite sex.
